The CPS Campus app is maintained by a designated Innovation Team as part of The College Preparatory School. This app is provided on iOS and macOS at no cost to students, teachers, and parents and under this Privacy Policy. This page is meant to inform you regarding the app’s policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
By using CPS Campus, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Specifically, if you choose to sign in with Google, the name you provided Google and your email address will be collected. Additionally, if your Google Account is linked to a valid Campus ID for a currently attending student or currently employed faculty member at the school, all your class information, any clubs you join, any socials you add, any pronouns you enter, and your privacy preferences will be collected and updated in order to sync this data across your authenticated devices. While privacy preferences allow you to hide your classes and profile picture from other students and teachers in the directory, they are still visible exclusively to the Innovation Team on the backend.
The Innovation Team will not share your information with anyone outside the team and only use it to verify your membership as part of The College Preparatory School organization. The Innovation Team will only access a user's data if necessary for that user's assistance or development. All data collected is entered by the user and only when that user enters it while signed in with a valid Campus ID. Campus ID name, email, graduation year, and profile picture information is provided by the school.
